- Rinse beaten rice and set aside.
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, sauté onion, green chilies, and ginger. Add veggies, cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Add soaked beaten rice, mix, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
