1 cup Hulas basmati rice, mixed veggies, 1 onion, yogurt, spices (turmeric, garam masala, chili powder), saffron (optional), whole spices, mint, coriander.

How to make it?

  1. Cook Rice: Boil rice with whole spices, then drain.
  2. Prepare Veggies: Sauté onions, add ginger-garlic paste, veggies, and cook.
  3. Make Gravy: Add yogurt, spices, and cook.
  4. Layer: Layer rice and veggie mix, top with saffron water, mint, and coriander.
  5. Cook: Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Beaten Rice Pulao Recipe

1 cup Hulas beaten rice (Chiura), 1 onion (sliced), 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, 2–3 green chilies, 1-inch ginger (grated), 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp garam masala, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil or ghee, Fresh coriander leaves

How to make it?

  1. Rinse beaten rice and set aside.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, sauté onion, green chilies, and ginger. Add veggies, cook for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Stir in turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Add soaked beaten rice, mix, and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.

1 cup Hulas beaten rice (Chiura), 1/2 cup jaggery (grated), 2 tbsp ghee, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 1/4 cup grated coconut (optional), 2 tbsp roasted nuts,

How to make it?

  1. Roast Chiura until crispy, grind coarsely.
  2. Melt jaggery with 1–2 tbsp water, strain.
  3. Mix grind Chiura, jaggery syrup, coconut, cardamom, and nuts. Add ghee and combine.

Shape into ladoos while warm.

1 cup Hulas Beaten Rice (chiura), 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 boiled potato (chopped), 2 green chilies, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp chili powder, Juice of 1 lemon, salt

How to make it?

  1. Rinse chiura, drain, and set aside.
  2. Mix chiura with onion, tomato, potato, chilies, coriander, spices, and salt.

Add lemon juice, mix, and serve fresh.

1 cup Hulas Arhar dal, 3 cups water, onion, 1 tomato, 1-inch ginger (chopped/grated), 1/2 tsp turmeric, salt, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2–3 garlic cloves, 2 dried red chilies, 1/4 tsp asafetida, 1 tsp red chili powder, Coriander for garnish

How to make it?

  1. Cook Daal: Pressure cook dal with onion, tomato, ginger, turmeric, and salt. Mash lightly.
  2. Make Tadka: Heat ghee, temper mustard, cumin, garlic, chilies, asafoetida, and red chili powder.
  3. Combine: Pour tadka over dal, simmer for 2–3 mins, garnish with coriander.

Daal Pakora Recipe

1 cup Hulas Masoor dal (soaked), 1 small onion, 2 green chilies (chopped), 1-inch ginger (grated), 2 tbsp coriander, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, salt, Oil for frying

How to make it?

  1. Grind soaked dal into a coarse paste. Mix with onion, chilies, ginger, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
  2. Heat oil, shape batter into fritters, and fry until golden.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

How to make it?

  1. Cook dal with turmeric and salt until soft.
  2. Boil veggies with ginger, chilies, and water until tender.
  3. Combine cooked dal and veggies, add sambar powder, tamarind, and simmer.
  4. Prepare tempering: heat oil, add mustard, cumin, red chilies, curry leaves, and asafoetida. Pour over sambar.

2 cups Hulas puffed rice (Hulas Bhuja), 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 boiled potato (chopped), 2 green chilies, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, Juice of 1 lemon, salt, 1 tbsp tamarind chutney (optional)

How to make it?

  1. Mix puffed rice with onion, tomato, potato, chilies, and coriander.
  2. Add cumin, chaat masala, chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and tamarind chutney.

Toss well and serve immediately.

How to make it?

2 cups Hulas wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, water. 3 boiled potatoes (mashed), 1 green chili, 1/2 tsp each cumin, red chili, garam masala, amchur, salt; 2 tbsp coriander. Ghee or oil.

How to make it?

  1. Make Dough: Mix flour, salt, and water; knead into soft dough. Rest for 20 min.
  2. Prepare Stuffing: Mix potatoes with spices, chili, and coriander.
  3. Assemble: Roll dough ball, add stuffing, seal, and flatten into a paratha.
  4. Cook: Heat tawa, cook paratha with ghee/oil until golden spots appear.

2 cups Hulas besan, 1/2 cup ghee, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, nuts (optional).

How to make it?
