About Our Factory

Bhudeo Khadya Udhyog, founded in 1961 in Lalbandi, Sarlahi over 5 Acres of land, recently relocated to Godar, Dhanusha across 15 Acres in 2023. This move to a larger space and the adoption of advanced technology, including fully automated PLC-controlled machines, have significantly enhanced efficiency and hygiene, boosting production to 8000 kg per hour. Innovative methods like air-conditioned silos for storing paddy at temperatures up to 10 degrees, utilizing German technology chillers, have helped prevent mite infection and eliminate the need for pesticides. We’ve also introduced various cutting-edge material handling systems, potentially a first in Nepal.

Similarly, Dhiraj Chamal Udhyog, established in 1991 in Khajurgachhi (Gaurigunj), Jhapa, spread across 10 Acres, operates advanced semi-automated machinery with a monthly production capacity of 32,000 kg. Our steadfast commitment to quality and hygiene is evident in our conscious decision to avoid using sustained or hazardous materials in our processes.

Raw Material Selection and Storage

Quality Selection: Use top-grade raw materials such as locally harvested red basmati rice and high-quality wheat free from pesticides.

Storage Conditions: Store raw materials in air-conditioned silos equipped with chillers to maintain low temperatures and prevent mite infestation without using pesticides

Pre-Cleaning

Purpose: Remove foreign materials like straw, soil, and other impurities to protect milling equipment and ensure product purity

Process: Use advanced pre-cleaning machines that efficiently separate impurities from the grains.

Rice Milling Process

Dehusking: Remove the husk from paddy using rubber rollers or impellers to produce brown rice

Paddy Separation: Separate unhusked paddy from brown rice using specific gravity differences

Whitening and Polishing: Use multiple whitening machines to remove the bran layer, followed by polishing for a shiny finish

Aata Milling Process

Cleaning and Conditioning: Thoroughly clean and condition wheat grains to ensure high fiber content in the final product

Grinding: Use roller mills and purifiers designed for high efficiency and minimal contamination to grind wheat into flour
