Puffed Rice Ladoo Recipe

  1. Roast Puffed Rice: Lightly roast puffed rice for crispiness; set aside.
  2. Make Jaggery Syrup: Heat jaggery and water in a pan. Cook until the syrup reaches soft ball stage (test by dropping in cold water).
  3. Mix: Add puffed rice and cardamom powder to the syrup. Mix well.
  4. Shape Ladoos: Grease hands with ghee, shape warm mixture into balls.

Cool & Store: Let cool completely; store in an airtight container.
