Position: Quality Controller


Location: Godar, Dhanusha
Experience: Min. 5 years in FMCG (knowledge of grains will be an assets)
Education: Bachelor’s in Food Technology/Food Science or related discipline.
Salary :Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure quality of raw paddy, wheat, rice, flour and other products throughout the production process
• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI, etc.).
• Develop SOPs, QC parameters, product specifications, and shelf-life studies.
• Oversee milling operations and maintain consistent product quality as per standards.
• Conduct routine quality check, hygiene audits and monitor storage conditions


Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
• Expertise in HACCP, ISO, GMP, and FSSAI standards
• Proficiency in documentation and test reporting
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.
